Hello, I’m Fatima.

I grew up in a home where food was the language of love — big pots, warm spices and a table that always had room for one more. Years later, when life got loud and fast, I found my way back to that table and to a slower, gentler way of eating.

Ayurveda gave me a framework that finally made sense: food and rituals matched to who you actually are. This space is where I share what I’ve learned — simple, plant-forward and deeply nourishing.
